Prescriptions
As well as being able to order online, you are now able to order your repeat prescription 24 hours a day 7 days a week (including bank holidays), using our automated prescription service.  Just telephone the usual prescription number and follow the prompts. You can also leave a message when the prescription line is busy instead of waiting to speak to a receptionist.  You should still allow 48-hours before collection (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

IMMUNE SYSTEM

Please could we ask any patients who are treated or take any medicines which may affect their immune system to inform the practice, e.g. Chemotherapy, Methatrexate or Azathioprine.

New Opening Hours

From 4th July 2011, we will be open from 7:30am until 7:00pm Monday to Friday.This is to offer improved access to our patients who work or whose lifestyle makes it difficult for them to attend appointments during normal practice hours.

Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made using the computer generated request slips.  There are four easy ways to request repeat prescriptions:-

  1. You are now able to order your repeat prescription 24 hours a day 7 days a week (including bank holidays), using our automated prescription service.
    Just telephone the usual prescription number and follow the prompts. You can also leave a message when the prescription line is busy instead of waiting to speak to a receptionist.
  2. Bring your completed computerised request slip and place it in the repeat prescription box provided at reception.
  3. Post the computerised request slip, together with a stamped addressed envelope and we will return it to you.
  4. Fill in the Online repeat prescription form in this web site do not forget to include your computer identification number, located on your computer generated request slip.

Please remember to allow 2 working days wherever possible, before collecting your prescription
